Association Fees
Monthly condo fees at Sconset Landing run about $475 to $540 for single-level flats and about $800 to $940 for townhomes, based on recent MLS listings. Fees vary from home to home.
The fee covers master insurance, trash and snow removal, landscaping, interior and exterior maintenance of the common areas, and the swimming pool, including its ongoing maintenance.
